Pen-E-Guard"Maximum" stain resistance properties of any Elite natural looking penetrating sealers. It protects porous surfaces from both water and oil based contaminants such as salt, mould, mildew, tea, coffee, wine and graffiti. It also assists in the easier removal of chewing gum.



Penetrating Sealer will maintain the un-sealed look, whilst protecting the surface from water and staining. Penetrating Sealer is fast curing water based sealer and can be used indoor or outdoors, with no unpleasant odours or flammability problems.

Coverage = 7sq.m per Litre Approx


  • Surface to be treated can be dry or damp but must be cleaned.
  • Apply Penetrating Sealer liberally, by spray, flood coat spreading with bristle broom, sponge or roller.
  • Give whole surface a “wet” look.
  • Leave for 5-20 minutes then reapply a second coat whilst still wet.

    Allow to dry, water repellency will be evident immediately the surface appears
